Shipping Details:
We offer free standard ground shipping for qualifying products shipped to a single U.S. address within the lower 48 contiguous states. Please note that while standard ground shipping is complimentary, special delivery services such as air freight, lift-gate trucks, and other incremental services do not qualify for free shipping.
Certain items, including but not limited to mirrors, lockers, toilet partitions, special orders, oversized items, may not be eligible for free shipping. For detailed information on shipping eligibility, feel free to contact us directly.
Additionally, orders totaling over $99 and containing qualified products are eligible for free standard ground shipping within the lower 48 contiguous states. However, similar exclusions apply, and additional shipping charges may be incurred for specialized delivery services.
Returns & Exchanges:
We understand that occasionally returns or exchanges may be necessary. Here’s what you need to know about our return process:
Return Instructions:
- Approval and Authorization: All returns must be approved in advance and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Returns received without an RMA # may be subject to rejection or additional restocking fees.
- Requesting an RMA #: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@shopprivy.us or call us at (833) 997-7489. When contacting us, please provide your Order # and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return (e.g., damage, order error).
- Returning the Product: Upon receiving your RMA #, please ensure it is clearly written on the return address label or the label provided on the packing slip. All items must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including all instructions and accessories. Please refrain from writing on the manufacturer’s box, as this may impact the return process.
Return Policy:
Returns fall into two main categories:
– Customer Error/Cancellation: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom or special order products are typically non-returnable.
– Damaged Goods/Company Error/Manufacturer’s Defect: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately. We will work diligently with you and the manufacturer to facilitate a return or exchange in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and defective product policy.
Shipping & Lead Times:
Product availability listed on our site typically indicates the standard time required for shipment from the manufacturer. While most products ship within 5 business days, please allow additional time for transit. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and may vary based on special handling requirements and delivery location.
